The office for ticket sales and event coordination for Prague Boats features a compact form that preserves open views of the river and surrounding landmarks. The design seeks harmony with the elements — water and sunlight — to create a pleasant and efficient workspace.
Natural light is maximized within the interior, supporting both environmental goals and human well-being. Solar panels on the roof and wooden cladding emphasize the project's commitment to sustainability.
Inspiration
Inspired by life along Brazil’s great rivers, the floating office reflects a way of living in constant connection with water. Powered by renewable energy, it stands as a quiet gesture of coexistence between architecture and nature.
Sensitive Form
The floating offices harmoniously connect with the Vltava embankment, emphasizing the natural character of the river and blending sensitively into the surrounding environment.
On the Water
The interior of the office opens fully onto the river, symbolically connecting both clients and staff to the element that sustains their work: water.
